  • Are you free to leave your contract or are you locked in for 3 to 5 years?
  • Is every service fully documented with a comprehensive check list?
  • How long will the lift mechanic be on site for each service visit?
  • Does the Agreement include the annual safety check?
  • Do you need a comprehensive maintenance contract?
  • How are annual price increases calculated within the term of the contract?
  • Do I have the right to request in writing the qualifications and experience of the maintenance mechanic working on my lift?
  • How many lifts does each mechanic look after p.a.?

To ensure you have the service agreement you require our staff are always happy to assist you through the process.
